Absolutely useless, they don’t even respond to emails

I Brian Little, Director of Jenson & Jenson Lettings Ltd, have experienced an extremely poor level of service from this department of Glasgow City Council. All staff members we have engaged with do not follow any of The Customer Service Standards OR Service Charter.Having made numerous Formal Complaints at the very highest level, they seem only intent on defending each other blindly, and it seems without listening to the customers' given points of dissatisfaction. We have asked Formally for the Business Gateway arm of this organization to be investigated and have a Root and Branch Review carried out, however, on both occasions we have received no reply/ no answer.We consider this department to be staffed by arrogant and unprofessional people who are highly paid by the Council Tax Payer for under achieving.Has the time arrived for this department to genuinely listen to the Customer ????????

Highly professional, quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I work alot with Sachin at Vikinguru Interactive and he is always very quick to respond to any of my requests and goes above and beyond to help. Excellent service.

I have found the Wales Co-operative Centre to be excellent at organising and delivering on business support projects, including free learning workshops for start-ups, social enterprises and community groups.I find their team to be very approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about upskilling individuals and teams within the business community.I would highly recommend The Wales Co-operative Centre to businesses that require support and advice in order for them to problem solve, evolve and grow.. in fact I already have!

Nice modern offices in a great Town Centre spot, car parking, close to all amenities etc.
