Serves the community well. Have used their facilities many times over the last 14 years. Good service and excellent staff.

They really should stop employing these Indians that can’t even speak English properly!

A very friendly chemist. We use yakubs for our care home medication. The whole staff team from management to pharmacist as well as delivery drivers will always go above and beyond to sort things out. Nothing seems too much trouble for the team. Service with a smile. Thank you as always!

Very professional. I could't make it to my GP appointment due to cancelled trains and they were able to book me an appointment for the next day. I had my implant renewed and it only took 15min. They staff was very friendly and helpful, as they always are. Very happy wity the service.

Was in a queue on the phone for forty minutes waiting for my turn. The woman on the other side couldn't hear me so I moved around a bit and tried to talk to her. After about 10-15 seconds of picking up she hanged up on me! Rang back and the queue was even longer - terrible service!!!

Originally came for a coil removal but I was convinced by the doctor to keep it in...(think she couldn't be bothered to remove it). Came back again about a month later but they were short staffed so was told I wouldnt be able to have it removed today & then sent to Hemel Hempstead clinic monday walkin service. Only to find that the Hemel clinic has been closed down for renovation for 4months. I have today come back to Watford only to be sitting here for over 2 hours I have sat and watched literally everyone go in and be seen. I was number 19 but somehow number 25 has gone and left and I'm still sitting here. Very bizarre!

Lady on phone was polite and said mum's bath raiser seat would be picked up in 2 months. Four months' later it's still waiting. It will end up going to the recycling centre. No wonder the NHS is losing money!

I like coming to Mario Bomfim because he's a serious professional so this makes me feel confident about the results of the services (eyebrow design, Brazilian blow-dry, illuminate brunette). He provides very good quality service without charging an arm and a leg for it.

Went there to get the contraceptive implant. I was nervous as it was my first time. The nurse was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole procedure. She made sure I understood everything taking place and was so reassuring. 100% recommend.
