My go to crystal shop in my hometown. This delightful, little gem of a shop is tucked away cozily on the corner of a strip of shops and for such a small space has everything you could ever desire if you are into all things crystals, jewellery, spirituality & herbal. I had an issue with an item that I purchased today from the store (through no fault of the owners or any of their items actually) and both of the lovely ladies behind the counter were especially quick and sweet in offering a solution to my issue; the sincerest of people! For anyone local to the area, or even paying a visit to Swindon for the day, this shop is a must visit and you can rest assured that you will leave there with something magical that’ll add just that necessary dose of positivity into your life!

I called to fully fit a new kitchen including all appliances and also to fit new doors. The work was carried out to perfection at a reasonable cost. The quality of the work was superb and very professional. I called again for bathroom tiling and have highly recommended to several friends as this was the best quality workmanship I found in London during my renovation.

Excellent product and service. I was impressed with the personal touch e.g. hand written note, meaning it was a lovely shopping experience. It was so nice to support an ethical small business who I shared the same values with. Highly recommend. Well done guys!

Hello Gem Craft Lapidary, the beautiful sphere which I have purchased from you is fabulous. It's a gorgeous green, all sparkle, vibrant and coloured, unquestionably worthy of storage.

Very friendly and helpful whether you're spending a little or a lot, everything is clearly labelled and priced very well and reasonably. My boy loved breaking open the geodes when we got home. I will certainly be visiting again

I recently ordered a Fortis F43 Triple GMT. I made a couple of calls to Jura regarding delivery times and was kept up to date on the proceedings. After receiving the watch, I realized that the free gift was not included in the shipment. I made a quick call to Jura and was informed that the item was temporarily out of stock and would be sent asap. It arrived as promised a short time after, so full marks for the quick response.Also, I had trouble finding the watch documentation. However after a couple of e" mails to a very helpful Hope Goodall
