They was very helpful and understanding of my situation, I was a victum of a scam many years ago and got a letter from them asking for £1000+ but they closed the account for me once I explained everything. Very understanding people.

These guys are excellent. Professional in everything they do, fully equipped and properly organised. They assisted us in evicting a problem lodger, worked with us every step of the way, keeping us fully informed from start to finish. Our neighbours commented how quiet and calm everything was during the process despite the lodger having a history of causing disturbances. Sterling service, thanks!

Sharks trying to charge me for charge backs I haven't made ..But I am going to poble and small claims I'm not giving them a parking fine I shouldn't even have ..If they think I'm backing down they are mistaking cause I'm taking these sharks to town...you can not get through to them

Cobra got our debt paid within a week of receiving our instructions. Updates were available on our account portal and our account manager was in constant contact due to the fast pace of the collection.

Although our company was not in a position to retain Saunder's services for the duration of our case, we were immensely impressed by their professionalism and competence. I have been unable to contact the Accounts Department without going through Customer Services. Nothing happens. I am still awaiting my full payment of over £8,000. I understand that the court payment was completed in March 2023 but I haven't received the expected £8,000 + to date.I have sent emails, phone calls and have used their Portal to raise concerns. It is very disappointing to note the comments made by other people who have used the services and have faced the same problems.The issues faced needs to be taken up by the Ombudsman.

Shocking company they send you letters that are already majorly late and to even talk to them it's 2 hours on hold to talk to nobody first in line for 27 minutes obviously waiting it out till close time to cost the person more money as they add charges if you don't get in contact with them within a certain time frame useless company

Spoke today with Jerrome Driscoll via the online chat. Jerrome was very friendly and efficient, dealt with my enquiry very quickly and easily and made sure to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I feel much better having spoken to Jerrome and having this matter dealt with. It was far easier than I had expected and I am happy with the outcome. Overall I have found ACT to be easy to work with, they are friendly and not pushy like some other companies.
