Extremely poor service to Halifax. Buses never come on time. Today, I lost my job because I couldn't get there by time. Very very very poor service. Shame on you.

What a lovely experience!!! Everyone was so pleasant, and we enjoyed it so much.

Battered Cod (fish and chips) was terrible. The batter and fish had a terrible rubbery/soggy texture and made my daughter feel ill. When we asked if this was how it should be, we were told yes. If you want the batter crispy you have to ask. No where else in the UK do you get soft/chewy batter. They should probably warn their patrons or at least offer “soft or crispy batter.” I don’t think this is really normal - what we feel happened was it sat under the heat lamp waiting for other food and condensation from sitting on the hot chips and the fish itself made an already softer batter soggy and inedible. The Crab legs were bland and the presentation terrible. Everything else was only “ok.” Unfortunately, not somewhere we would return.

Lovely afternoon out, specially good if the weather isn’t beach worthy.The staff are always friendly, the trains are clean and a joy to watch, and ride in.I have taken to riding to Corfe, having a pub lunch and riding back again (not having to park in Corfe is always a plus).UPDATE: If you're here at Christmas, go on the light spectacular trip. Great evening, whether with or without kids.And finally, nothing to do with this train, but made me smile...... Did you know reading between the lines can be dangerous, specially if you’re at a train station.

Absolute chaos on boarding and even worse when leaving the ferry. No hot food available, there used to be a proper restaurant so we always had an English breakfast when travelling at the morning, but it's not possible any more - only some rubbish breakfast box with scrambled eggs" made of powdered eggs. Absolutely disgusting and very disappointing.The shop offered only alcohol

The Birmingham pick up spot was very easy to locate. I used that Megabus location at Birmingham to London.My bus turn up late due to traffic which was a result of the accident that occurred in the bus route.The tickets were cheap especially if you had it on time. I paid a little extra because I have to reschedule my appointment.The staff were nice, friendly and supportive; the drivers were great and experienced; and the bus seats were comfortable for a long journey like this.My kids loved and enjoyed the couch(es). Above all, we had smooth journey to and fro London.

The chowder (£14) was absolutely amazing, loaded with so much seafood and a lovely creamy broth. It was absolutely delightful and the best seafood chowder that I've had, can't reccomend it enough. The hot seafood platter (£23) was great too, the crab claws were big and meaty. Best meal on my ballycastle trip.

Never on time, you wait more than 30 mins for any bus, then a bus turns up saying “Not in service”Then you have to wait for another 30mins.They have made a routine. Customer getting late from work or anywhere they don’t care.Poorly designed routes ans their timetables.You set off one hour early for 3 miles distance and still you are late.Worse service than in underdeveloped countries.

The passage itself is short & one of my favorites. Ferries are maintained well, and the service at the Lounge is superb. What reduces the score is that the process for getting on & off the boat for foot passengers is absolutely terrible. People carry their luggage on & off the transfer busses that are overcrowded, then to the ferry & getting off the ferries is slow & disorganized. I did two of those & every time it looked it was as if it was the first time they encountered foot travelers. I cannot imagine disabled or older people going through this. They need to improve process (which is easy) or stop taking foot travers

First and last time using this service. The service was overly delayed both ways. However, the driver ( only gave initial S) was rude, flippant and aggressive. Overall, he was shockingly unprofessional and told customers 'to consider themselves lucky to have a service.'
