Bought a small autoclave from this company 2 years ago. Since then it's done just 15 cycles and has stopped working. I contacted customer service to see about getting it fixed and was told that unless I pay £400 for a service contract that they wouldn't be able to help I was also told that I would also have to pay for any parts that may be needed. So assuming it's a faulty circuit board or worse it would cost me £600 - £700 to fix a machine that only cost £1100 when new.I questioned how it can break down after only 15 cycles and was told that I am probably under using it. absolutely shocking customer service.

Item sent to wrong address. Problem resolved but waited very long for the item.Even problems still recommend the items what they sell, good quality and helpful!

Appalled with this company. I bought a 2lb brass mallet. The head came straight off the shaft mid stamping a one off vintage piece. The metal on the shaft was also peeling extensively after minimal use - causing cuts & my hand to bleed each time I used the hammer.The seller was unwilling to help or rectify this issue other than apologise for the inconvenience!I have now asked the advice of trading standards. I’ve never experienced a company like it.
